This paper reflects on whether and how projects that support agriculture-based livelihoods account for seasonality in their design, delivery and evaluation. It makes practical recommendations on when and how to conduct seasonality assessments.

This paper reviews current practices for monitoring and evaluation of the environmental effects of agricultural projects amongst development agencies. It makes recommendations for when and how to conduct environmental impact assessments.
